Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Hand Mach Corp ("we") collects through our apps and how we use it. It applies to all apps listed on this page.
Information you give us
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and password. In RentWise, you also enter information about your properties, tenants, contracts, payments and expenses. You decide what to enter.
How we store it
Account and app data are stored with Google Firebase, a cloud service that encrypts data in transit and at rest. Only you and the people you invite to your account can access your data.
How we use it
We use your information only to run the app: to sign you in, sync your data between devices and people on your account, and generate the reports you request. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers or use it to track you across other apps and websites.
Notifications
Payment reminders are scheduled on your device. You can turn them off at any time in iPhone Settings.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and all related data by emailing us from the address on your account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
